Palmistry and Science
Palmistry is an interpretive divination tradition, not a scientifically validated method for predicting events or measuring personality. Dermatoglyphics, by contrast, is the scientific study of friction-ridge patterns such as fingerprints.
Palmistry has not demonstrated reliable predictive or personality-measurement validity under scientific testing. Natural palm creases and friction ridges are real anatomy, but assigning them a fixed destiny is a separate interpretive claim.
Dermatoglyphics is not palmistry. Dermatoglyphics studies friction-ridge patterns such as fingerprints. Oracle Mirror does not borrow scientific terminology to imply that divinatory palm meanings have been medically or psychologically validated.
